Refunds and Cancellations
How to cancel, and when money comes back. Who refunds you depends on who charged you.
Last updated: 6 September 2026 · Effective from that date · Luna Sky LLC
This page explains how to cancel, and when money comes back. It forms part of our Terms of Service.
The one thing to know first: who refunds you depends on who charged you. If you subscribed inside an app, Apple or Google took the payment and only they can return it. If you subscribed on our website, we took the payment and we refund it.
1. Cancelling
You can cancel at any time. Cancelling stops the next charge; you keep access until the end of the period you have already paid for. There is no cancellation fee, and we will never require a phone call or extra steps.
| Where you subscribed | How to cancel |
|---|---|
| Apple App Store | Settings → your name → Subscriptions → Luna Sky → Cancel Subscription |
| Google Play | Play Store → Menu → Subscriptions → Luna Sky → Cancel subscription |
| Our website | Account settings → Cancel subscription, or email contact@12lunasky.com |
Deleting the app does not cancel your subscription, and neither does deleting your account. Use one of the routes above.
If you subscribed through Apple or Google, cancel at least 24 hours before the period ends: those stores charge for the next period within the 24 hours before the current one expires, so a later cancellation will not stop that charge. If you subscribed on our website, you can cancel at any time up to the moment the period ends.
2. Purchases made through Apple or Google
Everything bought inside our apps is processed by Apple or Google under their own terms. We never receive your card details and we cannot reverse a store charge.
- Apple App Store — request a refund at reportaproblem.apple.com, or from your purchase history in the App Store. Apple decides the outcome.
- Google Play — request a refund from your order history in the Play Store, or at play.google.com/store/account. Google refunds a paid app automatically within a short window after purchase; subscription refunds are reviewed case by case and are often referred back to us, and we will decide them under this policy.
Where a store processed the payment, the refund is issued through that store. Apple is the merchant of record for every App Store purchase. Google Play is the merchant of record in some territories and acts as our payment processor in others, so who actually returns the money depends on where you live; the store tells you at checkout. Either way this changes nothing about our obligations to you as the supplier of the Service, or about your rights under the consumer law where you live. Send us your order number and a description of what went wrong. Where the request is one we would grant under sections 3 and 4 of this page, we tell the store we do not object and confirm to it what happened — whether or not the fault was ours. On a store-processed payment the store makes the final decision.
3. Purchases made directly on our website
- Within 14 days of your first payment on a new subscription, tell us and we will refund it in full, whether or not you used the Service. This first-payment refund is available once per customer.
- Each annual renewal carries its own 14-day window: if you did not intend to renew, tell us within 14 days of the renewal charge and we will refund it in full.
- Otherwise, cancelling stops future charges. We do not refund a monthly period that has already started, and we keep serving you to the end of it.
- One-time purchases of downloadable material are refundable within 14 days unless you have already downloaded the material in full.
If you live somewhere that gives you a longer or stronger right of withdrawal, that right applies in addition to everything on this page, and nothing here takes it away.
Consumers in the EEA and the United Kingdom. You have 14 days from purchase to withdraw without giving a reason. You may simply email us saying you wish to withdraw — a plain statement is enough — or you may use the model withdrawal form set out in Annex I of Directive 2011/83/EU, reproduced here for you to copy:
Model withdrawal form
(complete and return this form only if you wish to withdraw from the contract)

I/We (*) hereby give notice that I/We (*) withdraw from my/our (*) contract of sale of the following goods (*)/for the supply of the following service (*),
Ordered on (*)/received on (*): ____________________
Name of consumer(s): ____________________
Address of consumer(s): ____________________
Signature of consumer(s) (only if this form is notified on paper): ____________________
Date: ____________________
(*) Delete as appropriate.
The one exception the law itself allows is where you expressly ask us to begin supplying digital content immediately and acknowledge that doing so ends the withdrawal right. We ask for that confirmation separately, and if you do not give it the full 14-day right stands. Either way our own 14-day first-payment refund in this section applies whether or not you used the Service, so in practice you are no worse off.
4. When we put it right regardless
Whatever the window, tell us within 90 days of the charge and we will make it good if:
- you were charged twice for the same thing;
- you paid for something that was never delivered to your account;
- a fault on our side caused you to lose something you had paid for.
Two situations sit outside that 90-day window. A charge made on a child’s device without a parent’s agreement: tell us at any time and we will support the parent’s refund request to the store and remove the entitlement. A paid feature we discontinue: we refund the unused portion under section A12 of our Terms of Service, with no time limit.
Where the payment sits with Apple or Google, the remedy we can give is inside the product; only they can return money to your card.
5. If we end your access
If we close your account because you breached our terms, you are not entitled to a refund of amounts already spent, and we will not close an account merely to extinguish a balance. If we close your account for a reason that is not your fault, we refund the unused portion of any prepaid period.
6. How to reach us, and how long it takes
Email contact@12lunasky.com with your order or receipt number and a short description. We acknowledge every message within 2 business days.
Approved refunds on direct purchases are issued to the original payment method within 14 calendar days of the date we receive your request, and normally within 5 business days of approval; how quickly it then appears depends on your bank. Refunds on app-store purchases are issued by Apple or Google on their own timetable once approved.
If we change this policy, the version that applies to you is the one published on the day you paid.
