This page explains, plainly, what Luna Sky content is and what it is not. It forms part of our Terms of Service, and it applies to everything we publish: our websites, our applications, our written and audio material, and anything generated inside our products.

Educational and reflective, not professional advice

Astrological and interpretive content

Some of what we publish draws on astrology and related interpretive traditions. This material is offered for personal reflection and entertainment.

It describes symbolic traditions, not established science. It is not a prediction of future events, and we do not promise or guarantee any outcome. Where we calculate positions of the sun, moon and planets, those calculations are astronomical and can be checked; the meanings attached to them are interpretive and cannot. We do not claim otherwise, and you should not treat any of it as a statement of fact about your life, your relationships, your health or your finances.

Astrology is not a substitute for science, for therapy, or for your own judgement.

Artificial intelligence

Where any part of our Service produces text automatically using artificial intelligence, we label it. That output is:

• generated by software, not written by a person;
• probabilistic, and therefore capable of being inaccurate, incomplete, outdated or internally inconsistent;
• not reviewed by a human before you see it, unless we say it is.

Do not rely on AI-generated content for any decision of consequence. Verify anything that matters. Where a feature sends your content to an external AI provider, we ask your permission first — see section 7 of our Privacy Policy.

Results and testimonials

We make no claim that using our products will produce any particular result in your life.

We do not publish testimonials that describe an outcome as typical or expected, and we do not publish an exceptional result and then rely on a “results may vary” footnote to excuse it. Where we quote a customer, we present it as one person’s experience and nothing more. Where anyone who promotes our products has been paid, given free access, or has any other material connection to us, we disclose it alongside their statement rather than in a policy page.

Reviews. We do not write, buy, commission or fabricate reviews, and we do not ask anyone to write one in exchange for anything conditioned on it being positive. Our own people and our affiliates disclose their connection whenever they review or recommend us. We do not suppress, delay or selectively publish negative reviews.

Accuracy and availability

We take care with what we publish, but we do not warrant that it is complete, current or error-free. Content may be updated or withdrawn at any time.

Astronomical figures are calculated using published astronomical formulae. Some of our free tools use a mean-lunation approximation rather than a full ephemeris, which means the phase or date shown can differ from the true value by up to about fourteen hours; where that is the case we say so on the tool itself. Nothing we publish should be relied upon for navigation, scientific, safety-critical or professional purposes.

In an emergency

Our products are not emergency services and must never be used as one. If you are experiencing a medical or mental health emergency, contact your local emergency number immediately. Our Safety and Wellbeing page lists crisis resources.

Your responsibility

You are responsible for the choices you make. To the maximum extent the law allows, Luna Sky LLC accepts no liability for any decision taken, or not taken, on the basis of anything published through the Service. The limitation of liability in section A10 of our Terms of Service applies to this page.
