Purchases billed through an app store
If Apple billed the transaction, use Apple's official refund request guidance. If Google Play billed it, review Google Play's official refund guidance.
Eligibility and the available process depend on the transaction, store policies and applicable law. Refund requests and subscription cancellation can be separate actions. Consult the controls and information for the store that billed you.
