Data & Account Deletion
You can contact Luna Sky LLC to request deletion of personal information associated with your correspondence or an applicable Luna Sky service.
The current corporate website
12lunasky.com does not create user accounts or provide account sign-in, purchases or social account connections. Browsing this corporate site does not create a Luna Sky account.
You can still request deletion of personal information you have sent us in an inquiry. Separate products will provide applicable account and deletion instructions before their account features are offered.
Send a deletion request
Email contact@12lunasky.com with the subject Data deletion request.
- Identify the product, service or correspondence involved.
- Tell us whether you want to delete particular personal information or an entire service account, if one exists.
- Include the account email or another relevant identifier. If you can, write from the email address associated with the information.
- If you no longer have access to that email, explain that in your message so we can consider another reasonable verification method.
Never send passwords, API keys, access tokens, full payment-card details or identity documents in your initial request.
How requests are handled
We assess the request, verify the identity or authority of the requester where needed, and identify information within its scope. Verification should involve only information reasonably needed to protect the correct person's data.
We delete information where required by applicable law or where it is no longer needed. Some information may need to be retained for legal obligations, security, resolving disputes or establishing and defending legal claims. Where a retention exception applies, we will explain it as appropriate. Requests are handled within the time limits that apply under relevant law.
Planned connected-account features
Sema8 is in development. This corporate website has no live social platform integration. If a connected-account feature is offered in a separate product, its privacy notice will explain the information handled and the available controls.
You can revoke a service's authorization through the external platform's authorized-app or connected-app settings. Revocation stops the authorization for future access; it does not necessarily delete information previously held by the connected service. Send a separate deletion request identifying the service and platform if you want that information reviewed for deletion.
Subscriptions and third-party records
If you have a subscription or transaction with a separate product or store, deleting data and canceling billing may require separate steps. Use the cancellation controls and terms provided for that purchase. See our purchase and refund guidance.
A request to Luna Sky does not delete your account with an external platform or remove records independently held by that platform or another organization.
